2023 USO Ohio Unit Support Requests

USO Ohio remains dedicated to expanding access to USO programs and support for our service members and their families throughout their time of duty. In every corner of the Ohio, Northern Kentucky and Michigan, our service members will know that the USO is always by their side.

Please use the form below to indicate the USO support or program offering that fits your need. Requests are reviewed on an on-going basis, and you can expect to be contacted by a USO Ohio staff member within 3 business days of submission.

For planning, staff, and resource allocation purposes, we encourage you to submit your request at least 30 days in advance. We know that is not always possible and will still follow up with any potential support opportunities within time constraints.
