WPAFB USO Center Pivots to Keep Fulfilling Mission
Under normal circumstances, the USO of Central and Southern Ohio’s center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base provides support to about 4,000 military members and their families per month — that is more than 40,000 people a year.
The arrival of COVID-19 caused the suspension of normal operations on March 15, but the USO Center has been busier than ever doing everything possible to boost the morale, strength and wellness of service members and their families during the pandemic.
