“I first want to express my gratitude. My son has Autism and lots of things in life are hard for him. My wife and I have tried to get him involved in different activities and he has never really expressed much interest however; the USO provided him with a very unique opportunity to be treated to a Cavs basketball game and he loved it! It was perfect that he was away from big crowds and secluded away from the chaos of a major sporting event. He hasn’t stopped talking about how cool the event was and he is extremely grateful. I really expressed that he was chosen because he is a ‘military kid’ and not everyone gets to experience these types of things. It truly made him feel special and I am beyond grateful that USO Ohio does such a good job at taking care of us. I can’t say thank you enough!”
